复方祛风止痒洗剂体外抑菌作用研究

摘  要:研究复方祛风止痒洗剂体外抑菌作用,并与市售洗剂的抑菌效果进行对比。采用牛津杯法测定各种洗剂对菌株(含细菌和霉菌)的敏感性,采用96孔板二倍稀释法测定洗剂的最低抑菌浓度(MIC),并测定最低杀菌浓度(MBC)。用不同浓度乙醇对复方祛风止痒洗剂处方原药材进行梯度渗漉,探讨不同极性部分抑菌作用。结果显示,复方祛风止痒洗剂对金黄色葡萄球菌和铜绿假单胞菌有较明显的抑菌和杀菌作用,对金黄色葡萄球菌和铜绿假单胞菌的MIC值均为150mg/m L,MBC值均为300 mg/m L。洗剂原药材梯度渗漉样品中60%乙醇渗漉液样品组分的抑菌效果最好。对比市售6种洗剂的抑菌效果,清热止痒洗剂抑菌效果最明显。复方祛风止痒洗剂对金黄色葡萄球菌和铜绿假单胞菌有较明显的抑菌效果,不同的提取工艺对该洗剂的抑菌效果有较大影响。To study the antibacterial effect in vitro of the Compound Wind-Dispelling and Antipruritic Lotion and compare its antibacterial effect with that of the lotions sold on the market.The Oxford cup method was adopted to determine the sensitivity of various lotions to strains(including bacteria and molds).The 96-well plate double dilution method was used to determine the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)of the lotions and measure the minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC).Different concentrations of ethanol solvents were used for percolation of the stock solution of the Compound Wind-Dispelling and Antipruritic Lotion to explore the antibacterial effect of different polar parts.The results showed that the Compound Wind-Dispelling and Antipruritic Lotion had relatively obvious antibacterial and bactericidal effects on Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.The MIC values for Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa were 150 mg/mL,and the MBC values were 300 mg/mL.The 60%ethanol percolate component from gradient percolation samples of raw medicinal materials for lotions exhibited the strongest antibacterial efficacy.Among six commercially available lotions compared,Qingre Zhiyang Lotion demonstrated the most significant antibacterial effect.The Compound Wind-Dispelling and Antipruritic Lotion demonstrates significant antibacterial effects against Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.It’s antimicrobial efficacy is notably influenced by variations in extraction processes.
