摘　　要：随着外部市场环境及政策法规的不断变化,如检验检测机构资质认定告知承诺办法的施行,未来云南省检验检测机构如何确保自身技术能力的可靠性及持续性将成为一个大课题。本文通过研究能力验证的内涵、重点流程、要求、关键价值,探索研究云南省检验检测机构如何通过积极参加能力验证不断提升质量管理和技术评估水平,有效分析运用能力验证结果,查找问题,并提出相应的对策与建议,推动检验检测机构能力验证的健康发展。With the continuous changes in the external market environment and policies and regulations,such as the implementation of the commitment method for qualification certification of inspection and testing institutions,how Yunnan Province's inspection and testing institutions can ensure the reliability and sustainability of their technical capabilities in the future will become a major issue.This article explores the connotation,key processes,requirements,and key values of capability verification,and explores how Yunnan province's inspection and testing institutions actively participate in capability verification to continuously improve their quality management and technical evaluation levels.They effectively analyze and apply the results of capability verification,identify problems,and propose corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to promote the healthy development of capability verification in inspection and testing institutions.
