摘　　要：目的:探讨抚触按摩联合蓝光照射对新生儿黄疸患儿黄疸消退及胆红素水平的影响。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年12月南阳市豫西健和医院儿科收治的170例新生儿黄疸患儿作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=85)和观察组(n=85)。对照组采用抚触按摩,观察组采用蓝光照射联合抚触按摩;记录两组患儿症状改善时间、胆红素水平、黄疸指数水平。结果:观察组患者胎便转黄、初次排便、黄疸消退时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=8.537、16.723、15.834,P<0.05);干预后,观察组患者胆红素水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.266,P<0.05);第3~10 d,观察组患儿黄疸指数均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=3.218、9.841、10.433、8.133,P<0.05)。结论:抚触按摩联合蓝光照射能显著促进新生儿黄疸患儿黄疸消退,降低胆红素水平。Objective:To explore the effect of touch and massage combined with blue light irradiation on jaundice regression and bilirubin level in neonates with jaundice.Methods:A total of 170 children with neonatal jaundice admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected and divided into control group(n=85)and observation group(n=85)according to the random number table method.The children in the two groups were given massage care,and the observation group was given blue light irradiation.Symptom improvement time,bilirubin level and Jaundice index level were recorded.Results:The time of fetal stool turning yellow,first defecation and jaundice resolution in observation group were shorter than those in control group,with statistically significant difference(t=8.537,16.723,15.834;P<0.05).After intervention,the bilirubin level in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.266;P<0.05).From 3 to 10 days,the jaundice index of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.218,9.841,10.433,8.133;P<0.05).Conclusion:Joint blue light touch massage can significantly promote the children with neonatal jaundice jaundice subsided,and decrease the level of bilirubin.
