宫腔镜对宫腔因素导致不孕不育患者治疗的预后研究

摘　　要：目的:探究宫腔镜对宫腔因素导致不孕不育患者治疗的预后。方法:选取2023年4月—2024年5月南阳豫西健和医院收治的92例不孕不育患者作为研究对象。所有患者行宫腔镜检查,探查可能导致不孕的宫腔因素,记录镜检结果后再采取针对性的手术治疗方案,并统计分析患者的预后情况。结果:不孕不育患者子宫内膜息肉34例(36.95%),宫腔粘连21例(22.83%),子宫纵隔14例(15.22%),子宫黏膜下肌瘤13例(14.13%),宫腔异物10例(10.87%)。治疗后,患者妊娠率明显提高,与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(χ^(2)=11.310、10.714、9.615、11.030、6.250,P<0.05)。不同宫腔因素下,患者妊娠后的自然流产、早产、足月活产等情况也各有差异。所有患者经治疗后恢复情况一般良好,无严重的并发症。结论:宫腔镜对宫腔因素导致不孕不育患者的治疗有一定积极作用,能改善患者预后。Objective:To explore the prognosis of hysteroscopy in the treatment of infertility caused by intrauterine factors.Methods:A total of 92 infertile patients admitted from April 2023 and May 2024 were selected for the study.Hysteroscopy was performed on all patients to explore potential uterine factors that may cause infertility.Hysteroscopy were recorded,then targeted surgical treatment plan was adopted.The prognosis of the patients was statistically analyzed.Results:There were 34 cases(36.95%)of endometrial polyps,21 cases(22.83%)of intrauterine adhesions,14 cases(15.22%)of mediastinum,13 cases(14.13%)of submucous fibroids,and 10 cases(10.87%)of intrauterine foreign bodies in infertility patients.After treatment,the pregnancy rate of the patients was significantly increased,and the differences were statistically significant compared with before treatment(χ^(2)=11.310,10.714,9.615,11.030,6.250;P<0.05).Under different uterine factors,spontaneous abortion,premature delivery and full-term live birth of patients after pregnancy were also different.All patients recovered well after treatment without serious complications.Conclusion:Hysteroscopy has certain positive effect on the treatment of infertility caused by intrauterine factors.It can improve patient prognosis.
