摘　　要：目的:分析全关节镜下肩袖损伤修复手术对肩袖损伤患者关节活动度及术后并发症的影响。方法:回顾性分析2021年12月—2023年11月濮阳市人民医院运动医学科收治的78例肩袖损伤患者的临床资料。按不同治疗方法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各39例。对照组采用小切口肩袖修补术治疗,观察组采用全关节镜下肩袖损伤修复手术治疗。比较两组患者疼痛程度、肩关节功能、关节活动度及术后并发症。结果:术后,观察组视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=11.988,P<0.001);术后,观察组患者美国加州大学肩关节系统(UCLA)各维度评分均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=6.877、6.788、4.223、4.193、4.127,P<0.001);术后,观察组患者肩关节活动度均明显大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=2.832、6.950、2.396,P<0.05);观察组患者并发症较对照组少,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.523,P=0.033)。结论:对肩袖损伤患者行全关节镜下肩袖损伤修复术治疗,不仅能降低患者术后疼痛程度,提高其关节活动度,还能促进患肩关节功能修复,且术后并发症少,安全性较高。Objective:To analyze the impact of arthroscopic rotator cuff injury repair surgery on joint range of motion and postoperative complications in patients with rotator cuff injuries.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 78 patients with rotator cuff injuries admitted to the Department of Sports Medicine,Puyang People’s Hospital from December 2021 to November 2023.They were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with small incision rotator cuff repair surgery,while the observation group was treated with full arthroscopic rotator cuff injury repair surgery.The pain level,shoulder joint function,joint range of motion and postoperative complications were compared between two groups.Results:After operation,the VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(t=11.988,P<0.001).After surgery,UCLA scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(t=6.877,6.788,4.223,4.193,4.127;P<0.001).After surgery,the shoulder joint motion of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(t=2.832,6.950,2.396;P<0.05).There were fewer complications in the observation group than in the control group,with statistically significant difference(χ^(2)=4.523,P=0.033).Conclusion:Full arthroscopic rotator cuff injury repair surgery for patients with rotator cuff injuries can not only reduce postoperative pain and improve joint mobility,but also promote functional repair of the affected shoulder joint,with fewer postoperative complications and higher safety.
