摘　　要：目的:探讨基于案例梳理的传染性疾病感控风险管理与防控对策措施。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年12月东部战区总医院门急诊处置的248名传染性疾病患者及密接人员作为研究对象。基于重大传染性疾病防控典型案例分析,通过完善组织体系、突出过程管理、改善防控效果,建立管理反馈机制,加强疫情防控风险监测,以发挥传染性疾病管理效果。结果:对传染性疾病患者予以留观或隔离观察,影像学检查辅助疾病检查,积极开展实验室检测,共完成248例传染性疾病患者的救治。处治过程中患者零漏诊、零死亡,医务人员零感染,未出现集中暴发及交叉感染现象。结论:基于案例梳理建立应对传染性疾病的风险管理并采取防控对策措施,能够及时切断传播途径,控制传染源,实现医务人员零感染与收治患者零漏诊、零死亡。Objective:To explore the risk management and prevention measures analysis of infectious disease infection and control based on case analysis.Methods:A total of 248 infectious disease patients and close contacts who underwent outpatient and patrol treatment in the hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects.Based on the analysis of typical cases of major infectious disease prevention and control,by improving the organizational system,highlighting process management,and improving prevention and control effectiveness,establishing a management feedback mechanism,strengthening epidemic prevention and control risk monitoring,the significant role in infectious disease management was played.Results:The study provided observation or isolation for patients with infectious diseases,assisted by imaging examinations and actively carried out laboratory testing.A total of 248 cases of infectious disease treatment were completed.During the treatment process,there were no missed diagnoses or deaths among patients,no infections among medical staff,and no concentrated outbreaks or cross infections.Conclusion:Based on case analysis,risk management and prevention measures for infectious diseases can be adopted,which can timely cut off the transmission route,control the source of infection,and achieve zero infection for medical personnel and zero missed diagnosis and death for patients.
