摘　　要：糖尿病性视网膜病变是最常见的糖尿病微血管病变,严重威胁视力健康,通过早期防控干预可降低糖尿病性视网膜病变致盲率。中医对糖尿病性视网膜病变的发生、发展具有深刻认识。以糖尿病视网膜病变中医临床治疗案例为切入点,总结全国老中医药专家孙河教授治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变的宝贵经验,从病因病机、辨证治疗、针刺取穴等方面阐述孙河教授临床经验,为广大眼科临床医师提供治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变的新思路。Diabetic retinopathy is the most common diabetic microvascular disease,which seriously threatens vision health.Early prevention and control intervention can reduce the blindness rate of diabetic retinopathy.Traditional Chinese medicine has a profound understanding of the occurrence and development of diabetic retinopathy.The study uses the clinical treatment cases of diabetic retinopathy in traditional Chinese medicine as the starting point,summarizes the valuable experience of Professor Sun He,a senior Chinese medicine expert in China,in treating diabetic retinopathy.Then the study expounds Professor Sun He’s clinical experience from etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and treatment,and acupuncture acupoint selection,so as to provide a new idea for the treatment of diabetic retinopathy for the majority of ophthalmologists.
