摘 要:以多巴胺衍生物DL-去甲肾上腺素(Nes)和聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)为反应前驱体,以水为反应溶剂,在室温、常压下,一步法合成PEI修饰的荧光聚(去甲肾上腺素)纳米颗粒(PEI-Nes NPs)。PEI-Nes NPs最大激发/发射波长为380nm/513nm,在365nm紫外灯下发出明亮的绿色荧光。不仅如此,PEI-NesNPs在不同浓度盐溶液、不同pH环境下以及365 nm紫外灯持续照射下均能保持良好的荧光稳定性。PEI-Nes NPs对铜离子(Cu^(2+))具有很好的选择性响应能力,对Cu^(2+)线性检测范围为0~25μmol/L,相关度R^(2)为0.994,最低检测限为33 nmol/L。PEI-Nes NPs作为检测Cu^(2+)的荧光探针成功应用于实际水样中Cu^(2+)检测,展现了良好的实际应用价值。The polyethylenimine-modified fluorescent poly(norepinephrine)nanoparticles(abbreviated as PEI-Nes NPs)were achieved in one-step process,using dopamine-derived DL-norepinephrine(Nes)and polyethylenimine(PEI)as reaction precursors,and water as the reaction solvent,all conducted under ambient conditions of room temperature and atmospheric pressure.The obtained PEI-Nes NPs presented a maximum excitation/emission wavelength of 380 nm/513 nm,respectively,and emitted bright green fluorescence under 365 nm UV lamp.In addition,PEI-Nes NPs can maintain great fluorescence stability in different concentrations of salt solutions,different pH environments and under continuous irradiation of 365 nm UV lamp.PEI-Nes NPs had a good selective response to copper ions(Cu^(2+)).The linear detection range of Cu^(2+)was 0~25μmol/L,the correlation R^(2) was 0.994,and the lowest detection limit was 33 nmol/L.PEI-Nes NPs,as a fluorescent probe for the detection of Cu^(2+),has been successfully applied to the detection of Cu^(2+)in actual water samples,indicating good practical application value.
