超细矿物掺合料对高强度混凝土性能影响的试验研究

摘  要:为研究超细矿物掺合料替代部分水泥对混凝土性能的影响,运用室内试验方法开展不同超细矿粉掺合料比例下高强混凝土的力学性能和耐久性能试验,分析抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、收缩率和通电量的变化规律。结果表明,超细矿物粉末的掺合量为5%~30%时,高强混凝土抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度均表现为先增加后减小的趋势,掺入量达到30%时,抗压强度改善不明显,掺入量达到20%时,劈裂抗拉强度改善不明显,超细矿物掺合料的最优掺入量为10%;不同超细矿物掺量高强度混凝土的收缩率随着养护时间的增加呈现单调非线性增加并具有收敛的趋势,超细矿物掺入量15%为收缩率变形的临界点;加入超细矿物掺合料可有效改善高强度混凝土的耐久性,不同养护时间下高强度混凝土电通量随着超细矿物掺合料的掺入量增加均呈现反“S”形变化,养护60 d时的电通量略大于养护28 d时的电通量。To study the effect of superfine mineral admixture replacing part cement on the performance of concrete,the mechanical properties and of high-strength concrete with different proportion of ultrafine mineral admixture were tested by laboratory test method.Compressive strength,splitting tensile strength,shrinkage rate and electrical charge passed were analyzed.The results indicate that when the admixture content of ultra-fine mineral powders ranges from 5%to 30%,both the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength initially increase and then decrease.Specifically,a 30%admixture content yields insignificant improvement in compressive strength,while a 20%admixture content leads to a similar insignificant improvement in splitting tensile strength.The optimal admixture content is found to be 10%.With different ultra-fine mineral admixture contents,the shrinkage rate monotonically increases in a nonlinear fashion with extended curing time,tending towards convergence.Notably,a 15%admixture content represents a critical point for changes in the shrinkage rate.Furthermore,the incorporation of ultra-fine mineral admixtures effectively enhances the durability of HSC.The electrical charge passed through HSC with varying curing times exhibits an inverse“S”-shaped pattern as the amount of ultra-fine mineral admixture increases.Specifically,the electrical charge passed after 60 days of curing is slightly higher than that after 28 days.
