摘  要:为探究超声提取淫羊藿药渣总黄酮的最优工艺,以总黄酮得率为评价指标,在乙醇体积分数、超声功率、料液比、提取温度、提取时间单因素试验的基础上进行响应面优化试验。结果表明,最佳总黄酮提取工艺为乙醇体积分数50%,超声功率300 W,料液比1∶25 (g∶mL),提取温度54℃,提取时间4.4 h,在此条件下,总黄酮得率为6.92%。In order to explore the optimal process of ultrasonic extraction of total flavonoids from epimedium slag,the response surface optimization test was carried out based on the ethanol volume fraction,ultrasonic power,solid-liquid ratio,extraction temperature and extraction time with the extraction rate of total flavonoids as the evaluation index.The results showed that the optimal extraction technology of total flavonoids was ethanol volume fraction 50%,ultrasonic power 300 W,solid-liquid ratio 1∶25(g∶mL),extraction temperature 54℃,extraction time 4.4 h.Under these conditions,the yield of total flavonoids was 6.92%.
