三峡库区不同品种草莓生理特性和营养品质差异分析

摘  要:以重庆市万州区九池大棚草莓基地的6个品种草莓为试材,分别测定其生理、营养和品质指标,进行比较分析,以筛选出三峡库区栽种的草莓品种,为广大果农选择草莓品种提供参考。结果表明,在三峡库区,香野的果形指数最大,平均单果质量最大,可溶性固形物含量最高,维C含量最高,综合品质最佳;粉玉的糖酸比最高,甜度最高,口感最佳;白玉的糖酸比仅次粉玉,口感较好,含水量最高;越秀的果柄最长,总酚物质和花青素含量最高,总体抗氧化能力较强,适合长距离运输;红颜的果形果色鲜红,色泽亮丽,含水量较高,质地松软,因而适宜现场采摘或者短距离运输;天仙醉的果实纵径最大,平均单果质量仅次香野,外形品质较好。Six varieties of strawberries from Jiuchi Greenhouse Strawberry Base in Wanzhou District,Chongqing were used as test materials,and their physiological,nutritional,and quality indicators were measured and compared to select the strawberry varieties planted in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area,providing reference for fruit farmers to choose strawberry varieties.The results showed that in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area,Xiangye had the highest fruit shape index,the highest average single fruit weight,the highest soluble solid content,the highest Vitamin C content,and the best overall quality.The highest sugar to acid ratio,highest sweetness,and best taste of powder jade.White jade had a better taste and the highest water content compared to only inferior powder jade.Yuexiu fruit had the longest stem,the highest content of total phenolic substances and anthocyanins,and strong overall antioxidant capacity,making it suitable for long-distance transportation.The red fruit had a bright red color and a high moisture content.Its texture was soft,making it suitable for on-site picking or short distance transportation.The vertical diameter of Tianxianzui fruit was the largest,with an average single fruit weight second only to Xiangye,and its appearance quality was good.
