基于荧光PCR技术的POCT在呼吸道传染病检测中的应用研究

摘  要:研究基于荧光聚合酶链反应(Fluorescence polymerase chain reaction,PCR)技术的即时检验(Point-ofcare testing,POCT)在甲型流感病毒、乙型流感病毒、新冠病毒检测中的效果。以在厦门口岸采集的咽拭子为检测对象,采用平行验证的方式对基于荧光PCR技术的POCT与传统荧光PCR法的检测结果进行比对分析。基于荧光PCR技术的POCT对甲型流感病毒、乙型流感病毒、新冠病毒检测的灵敏度分别为85%、87.1%、97.27%,特异性分别为94.85%、95.28%和97.27%,与传统荧光PCR法比较检测结果的总符合率均达到90%以上。基于荧光PCR技术的POCT适用于海关口岸业务现场传染病快速检测工作。Study on the efficacy of POCT based on fluorescence PCR technology in the detection of influenza A virus,influenza B virus,and COVID-19.The throat swabs collected at the Xiamen Port were used as the test object,and the test results of the two detection techniques were compared and analyzed by parallel verification.The sensitivity of POCT based on fluorescence PCR technology for the detection of influenza A virus,influenza B virus and COVID-19 were 85%,87.1%and 97.27%,respectively,and the specificity were 94.85%,95.28%and 97.27%,respectively,and the total coincidence rate of the detection results reached more than 90%compared with the traditional fluorescence PCR method.POCT based on fluorescence PCR technology is suitable for the rapid detection of infectious diseases at the customs port business site.
