2013—2022年日照、临沂口岸出入境人员HIV监测结果分析

摘　　要：本文回顾性分析日照、临沂口岸出入境人员人类免疫缺陷病毒(human immunodeficiency virus,HIV)监测数据,为加强口岸艾滋病监测和防控提供科学依据。对2013—2022年日照、临沂口岸出入境人员,采用ELISA法初筛HIV抗体,阳性经上一级实验室复核确认,对结果进行统计分析。日照、临沂口岸152357名出入境人员HIV抗体阳性总检出率为1.58/万。年度之间检出率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);入境人员检出率高于出境人员(P<0.05);性别之间检出率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同年龄段人员检出率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),检出率较高的依次是≤20岁和41-50岁;不同职业人员检出率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。出境HIV抗体阳性人员,男性占95.00%,41-50岁占60.00%,其中劳务人员占75.00%。口岸HIV监测需重点关注入境人员及>40岁的男性出境劳务人员。在艾滋病全球化流行的趋势下,发挥口岸艾滋病监测哨点作用,强化信息共享,加强对口岸高危群体的健康教育和实施预防干预措施是有效应对口岸艾滋病疫情的有效措施。To retrospective analyze the human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)surveillance data of international travelers at Rizhao and Linyi ports,to provide scientific basis for strengthening surveillance,prevention and control of HIV at ports.Among the international travelers at Rizhao and Linyi ports from 2013 to 2022,ELISA method was used to screen HIV antibody and the screening positive results were confirmed by the confirm Lab.The results were statistically analyzed.The detection rate of HIV antibody of 152357 international travelers at Rizhao and Linyi ports was 1.58/10000.The detection rate among different annual,gender and occupation had no statistically difference(P>0.05).The detection rate of entry travelers was higher than exit travelers(P<0.05).There was statistically significant difference in the detection rate among different age group(P<0.05).The detection rate was higher in≤20 years old,41-50 years old.Among HIV antibody positive exit travelers,male accounted for 95.00%,41-50 years old accounted for 60.00%,among labor workers accounted for 75.00%.HIV surveillance at ports should focus on the entry travelers and male laborers abroad aged over 40.Under the trend of AIDS globalization,giving play to the role of AIDS monitoring outposts at ports,strengthening information sharing,strengthening health education for high-risk groups at ports and implementing preventive interventions are effective measures to effectively respond to the AIDS epidemic at ports.
