2021—2023年卫东区艾滋病检测实验室质量考评及运行情况分析

摘　　要：艾滋病实验室质量考评是评价实验室检测质量及运行情况的有效手段,为此,本文利用辖区内2021—2023年艾滋病检测实验室质量考评结果,采用常规的数据处理办法、χ^(2)检验及线性趋势χ^(2)检验,分析实验室的整体运行情况。结果显示所有艾滋病检测实验室的考评成绩均在合格以上,筛查实验室的考评结果优于检测点实验室。线性趋势χ^(2)检验结果显示,实验室考评优秀率变量与年度变量之间的正向线性关系趋势有统计学意义,考评优秀率、实验室整体建设和运行均呈现逐年提升的良好势头。通过开展质量考评也发现一些问题和不足,如原始记录不完整、仪器未及时校准、SOP文件没有持续更新等。为提高实验室检测质量,需要加强规范化管理,完善和落实各项规章制度,有关职能部门要开展有针对性的督导,及时发现问题并限期整改,确保检测质量,推动卫东区艾滋病检测实验室高质量稳步发展。Quality assessment of AIDS laboratory is an effective means to evaluate the testing quality and operation situation of laboratories,therefore,this paper uses data on the results of the quality assessment of AIDS testing laboratories in the jurisdiction from 2021—2023,and the overall operational situation of laboratories is analyzed through conventional data processing methods,χ^(2)test as well as linear trendχ^(2)test.The assessment results show that all the AIDS testing laboratories are above eligible,and the assessment results of the screening laboratory are better than those of the laboratories of testing sites.The results of linear trendχ^(2)test show that there is a statistically significant trend in the positive linear relationship between excellent rate variable of assessment on laboratories and the annual variable.The excellent rate of the assessment on laboratories increases year by year,and the overall construction as well as operation of laboratories is improved annually.Some problems and deficiencies which contain original records that is incomplete,instruments that is not calibrated in time,SOP documents that are not updated consistently are identified through quality assessment.Therefore,in order to enhance testing quality of laboratory,it is necessary to strengthen standardization of management,perfect and implement all of the rules and regulations.To ensure the quality of testing and high-quality development of AIDS testing laboratories in Weidong District,the relevant functional departments should carry out purposeful supervision,identify problems in time and rectify them on time.
