山西省科技创新能力提升路径研究

摘　　要：为提高山西省科技创新能力,推动高质量发展,文章从科技经费投入、人才队伍建设、科技成果产出等多个方面对山西省科技创新能力基本情况进行分析,并就山西省科技创新能力存在的企业创新主体作用不强、科技经费投入水平不高、基础研究短板依然突出等问题,提出了对策建议。In order to improve the sci-tech innovation ability of Shanxi Province and promote high-quality development,this paper analyzes the basic situation of the sci-tech innovation ability of Shanxi Province from the aspects of sci-tech fund investment,talent team construction,sci-tech achievements output.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the sci-tech innovation ability of Shanxi Province from the aspects of that the main role of enterprise innovation is clearly weak,the level of sci-tech investment is not high,and the shortcomings in basic research are still prominent,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.
