摘　　要：文章通过探讨不同建库方法所获得的片段长度、片段末端的核苷酸序列、单链锯齿状末端等组织特征,研究了单链建库方式、双链建库方式的游离核酸测序的多维度特征。This paper explores the multidimensional characteristics of free nucleic acid sequencing using single stranded and double stranded library construction methods by exploring the tissue features such as fragment length,nucleotide sequence at fragment ends,and single stranded serrated ends obtained from different library construction methods.
