摘　　要：由于处于改革前期的山西省职务科技成果赋权改革,还存在政策协调性和配套性不够、试点单位科研人员积极性不高、高价值的科技成果不多等问题,为推进职务科技成果赋权改革,唤醒沉睡的科技成果,引导科研人员围绕产业需求创新,文章分析了职务科技成果赋权改革的背景、开展的意义及山西省职务科技成果赋权改革情况,并提出了对策建议。Due to the early stage of the reform of empowering sci-tech achievements tied to a position in Shanxi Province,there are still problems such as insufficient policy coordination and supporting measures,low enthusiasm of research personnel in pilot units,and limited high-value sci-tech achievements.In order to promote the reform of empowering sci-tech achievements tied to a position in Shanxi Province,awaken dormant sci-tech achievements,and guide researchers to innovate around industrial needs,this paper analyzes the background,significance and situation of the reform of empowering sci-tech achievements tied to a position in Shanxi Province,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.
