摘  要:为进一步了解贵州威宁喀斯特地貌洞穴的真菌种类和抗菌活性。采用多种分离培养基稀释涂布分离并纯化洞穴土壤真菌、PDA固体斜面培养基保藏,通过ITS初步判定所分离真菌的类别,用菌饼法初步筛选分离真菌的抗菌活性。从洞穴土壤中分离得到19株真菌,分别属于青霉属(Penicillium)、链格孢属(Dematiaceae)、枝孢菌属(Cladosporiumsp)、木霉属(Trichoderma sp.)、多孢子菌属(Polysprobacterium gen.nov.)等5个属,青霉属对枯草芽孢杆菌的抑菌效果最明显。贵州毕节威宁樊家岩洞穴土壤真菌种类资源较丰富,青霉为优势真菌类群,且对枯草芽孢杆菌的抑制效果明显,具有一定的利用和开发价值。In order to further understand the fungal species and antibacterial activity of karst caves in Weining,Guizhou,multiple isolation media are used to dilute and purify cave soil fungi,and PDA solid slant culture medium is used for preservation.The classification of the isolated fungi is preliminarily determined by ITS,and the antibacterial activity of the isolated fungi is preliminarily screened using the mushroom cake method.19 fungal strains are isolated from cave soil samples,belonging to five genera:Penicillium,Dematiaceae,Cladosporium sp.,Trichoderma sp.and Polysprobacterium gen.nov.;among them,Penicillium has the most significant antibacterial effect on Bacillus subtilis.The soil fungal resources in Fanjiayan Cave,Weining,Bijie,Guizhou are relatively abundant;Penicillium belongs to the dominant fungal group and has a significant inhibitory effect on Bacillus subtilis,which has certain utilization and development value.
