摘　　要：新质生产力是推进制造企业高质量发展和实现新型工业化的内生动力,它代表了数字时代新兴技术对传统生产力的改造升级。新质生产力包括的新产业、新动能和新技术符合现代制造企业对先进生产力和高质量发展的要求。文章从新质生产力和新型工业化的内涵与特征入手,探讨了新质生产力如何促进制造企业高质量发展及其对新型工业化的影响作用,深入分析了制造企业在新型工业化阶段如何通过生成的新要素、新创造,持续赋能新质生产力,驱动高质量发展。针对当前制造企业发展面临的“不平衡”和“不充分”问题,提出了加强数字技术、优化产业结构、提高自主创新能力、培养新质人才以及推动绿色制造等解决方案,以此赋能新质生产力,促进制造企业经济高质量发展,加快新型工业化进程。New quality productivity,as an endogenous driving force,promotes high-quality development in manufacturing enterprises and the realization of new industrialization.It represents the transformation and upgrading of traditional productivity through emerging technologies in the digital era.New quality productivity encompasses new industries,new momentum,and new technologies,aligning with the demands of modern manufacturing enterprises for advanced productivity and high-quality development.Starting from the connotations and characteristics of new quality productivity and new industrialization,this article explores how new quality productivity drives high-quality development in manufacturing enterprises and its impact on new industrialization.It analyzes how manufacturing enterprises,during the new industrialization phase,continuously empower new quality productivity through new elements and innovations to drive high-quality development.Addressing the current challenges of "imbalance " and "insufficiency" manufacturing enterprises,solutions such as strengthening digital technologies,optimizing industrial structures,enhancing independent innovation capabilities,cultivating new-quality talent,and promoting green manufacturing are proposed.These measures aim to empower new quality productivity,accelerate high-quality economic development in manufacturing enterprises,and advance the process of new industrialization.
