摘　　要：随着山西省落实国家科技成果转化“三部曲”政策体系的出台,新产品开发数量及销售收入稳步上升,建立了一批科技成果转化示范基地及示范企业,科技成果转化支撑有力。但是也存在科技成果供给与市场需求匹配度不高、科技创新成果转化支持能力不足、科技创新服务水平较弱等问题。可以通过依托数字化平台盘活科技创新资源要素、加强对省级科创平台的建设与管理、优化高校、科研院所科技创新供给质量、探索市场化运作的新型科研创新平台、探索开发区管委会实施企业网格化服务管理工作、完善科技成果转化支撑力量。With the implementation of Shanxi's "Three-Step" national policy system for sci-tech achievement transformation,the number of new product developments and sales revenue have steadily increased.A batch of demonstration bases and enterprises for sci-tech achievement transformation have been established,providing strong support.However,challenges remain,such as mismatches between sci-tech supply and market demand,insufficient support for innovation achievement transformation,and weak sci-tech service capabilities.Proposed solutions include revitalizing sci-tech innovation resources via digital platforms,strengthening provincial-level innovation platforms,optimizing the quality of sci-tech supply from universities and research institutes,exploring market-oriented innovation platforms,implementing grid-based enterprise services in development zones,and enhancing support for sci-tech achievement transformation.
