中国省域数字经济、新型城镇化与经济高质量发展时空耦合及驱动因素

摘　　要：基于数字经济、新型城镇化和经济高质量发展的丰富内涵,构建了数字经济—新型城镇化—经济高质量发展三系统(DUR系统)耦合协调评价指标体系,测度2005-2020年中国31个省份DUR系统综合发展水平与耦合协调度,分析其空间格局演变并探究驱动因素。结果表明:DUR系统综合发展水平呈现显著的区域差异,其中,东部地区综合水平较高,东北、西部和中部地区DUR系统的综合发展水平低于全国平均水平;DUR系统耦合协调度呈现逐步缓慢上升并趋于稳定的发展态势。从空间演变上来看,绝大多数省份DUR系统耦合协调度得到缓慢提升,在空间上呈现东部>中部>东北>西部的发展格局。在驱动因素方面,科技投入和市场作用对DUR系统的耦合协调发展具有显著的正向促进作用,人均GDP的提高对DUR系统耦合协调度带动作用明显,城镇化率的促进作用有限,但政府调控则不利于DUR系统的协调发展。Based on the connotations of digital economy,new-type urbanization,and high-quality eco-nomic development,this paper constructs a coupling coordination evaluation index system for the DUR system of digital economy,new-type urbanization,and high-quality economic development.It mea-sures the comprehensive development levels and coupling coordination of the DUR systems across 31 Chinese provinces from 2005 to 2020,analyzes their spatial pattern evolution,and explores driving fac-tors.The results indicate that the comprehensive development levels of the DUR systems exhibit signifi-cant regional disparities,with the eastern region showing relatively high levels,while the northeastern,western,and central regions fall below the national average.The coupling coordination of the DUR sys-tems demonstrates a gradual and slow upward trend,moving towards stability.From the perspective of spatial evolution,the majority of provinces have experienced a slow improvement in DUR system cou-pling coordination,presenting a spatial development pattern of East>Central>Northeast>West.In terms of driving factors,technological investment and market forces have significant positive effects on the coupling coordination development of the DUR systems.The increase in per capita GDP has a nota-ble impact on the DUR system coupling coordination.The promotional effect of the urbanization rate is limited,while government regulation negatively affects the coordinated development of the DUR systems.
