摘  要:为实现现代舰船结构设计的多元化要求,模块化技术的应用成为关键。探讨舰船结构模块划分的3种方法,即基于功能、基于结构相似性以及考虑制造与维护的模块划分,并阐述了各方法的划分依据、关键步骤及优势;接着运用多体动力学理论,对舰船结构模块间在波浪冲击和武器发射反冲力等工况下的相关性进行深入分析,通过建立动力学方程和模拟软件仿真,明确了模块间的力传递、运动响应和变形情况。模块间相关性分析能为结构性能评估和优化提供依据,对模块应力、变形及承载能力的研究有助于保障舰船的结构稳定。In order to realize the diversified requirements of modern ship structural design,the application of modularization technology has become the key.Three methods of module division of ship structure are discussed,which are based on function,based on structural similarity and considering manufacturing and maintenance,and the basis,key steps and advantages of each method are expounded.Then,by using the theory of multi-body dynamics,the correlation between the ship structure modules under the conditions of wave impact and recoil of weapon launch is deeply analyzed.Through the establishment of dynamic equations and simulation software,the force transfer,motion response and deformation of the modules are clarified.The correlation analysis between modules can provide a basis for the evaluation and optimization of structural performance,and the study of module stress,deformation and bearing capacity is helpful to ensure the stability of ship structure.
