摘  要:为了提高二回路系统设计方案与其服务对象的总体匹配性,开展了二回路系统多方案对比研究。在传统热平衡计算方法的基础上,通过预条件双迭代计算方法实现二回路系统多方案热平衡快速计算。然后对二回路系统不同设备配置方案和运行方案进行对比分析,并根据各个配置方案和运行方案的对比结果,推荐了一种系统综合配置方案和运行方案。优化后的综合系统方案相较原始方案,降低系统复杂程度的同时系统热效率提高了0.7%。研究成果可为船用二回路系统方案设计提供一些参考。In order to improve the overall matching between the design scheme of the secondary-loop system and its service object,a comparative study of multiple schemes of the secondary-loop system is carried out.Based on the traditional heat balance calculation method,the preconditioned double iteration calculation method is used to calculate the multi-scheme heat balance of the secondary-loop system quickly.Then the configuration scheme and operation scheme of different equipment in the secondary-loop system are compared and analyzed,and a comprehensive configuration scheme and operation scheme are recommended based on the comparison results.Compared with the original scheme,the optimized,integrated system scheme can reduce the system complexity and increase the thermal efficiency by 0.7%.The research results provide some references for improving marine secondary-loop system design.
