摘 要:针对舰船载流管道漏磁检测点单一导致采集效率差、数据严重冗余等问题,设计了基于无线传感器的舰船载流管道漏磁检测数据采集系统。磁场发生装置对管道进行磁化处理,多个无线传感器构成阵列同时采集管道不同位置的漏磁检测信号,提升舰船载流管道漏磁检测数据采集效率,采用动态调整数据采集时间间隔降低数据采集的冗余性问题,采集磁信号转换为电压信号实现管道缺陷检测。实验结果显示,该系统在磁场发生装置激励频率为10 Hz时的数据采集灵敏度最高;具有舰船载流管道漏磁检测数据采集准确性高、动态范围大等优势。Aiming at the problems of poor acquisition efficiency and serious data redundancy caused by single magnetic flux leakage detection point of ship current-carrying pipeline,a data acquisition system for magnetic flux leakage detection of ship current-carrying pipeline based on wireless sensor is designed.The magnetic field generator magnetizes the pipeline,and a plurality of wireless sensors form an array to collect magnetic flux leakage detection signals at different positions of the pipeline at the same time,so as to improve the data acquisition efficiency of magnetic flux leakage detection of ship current-carrying pipelines.The redundancy problem of data acquisition is reduced by dynamically adjusting the data acquisition time interval,and the collected magnetic signals are converted into voltage signals to realize pipeline defect detection.The experimental results show that the system has the highest data acquisition sensitivity when the excitation frequency of the magnetic field generator is 10 Hz.It has the advantages of high accuracy and large dynamic range of magnetic flux leakage testing data acquisition for ship current-carrying pipelines.
