摘　　要：做好新时代大学生党员发展工作是确保中国特色社会主义事业后继有人的内在要求,也是培养堪当民族复兴重任人才的应有之义。目前,新时代大学生党员发展工作存在着一些共性问题:固定排名标准,难以选拔素质突出的发展对象;功利主义甚嚣尘上,影响正确入党动机的培植内化;担当作为意识不够,削弱基层学生组织的积极形象。本文对这些问题的成因进行了分析,提出了新时代大学生党员发展工作的优化路径:突出政治素质,完善选拔条件,全面兼顾各方面优秀人才;扩展理论广度,革新教育培训,打造服务全局的宏大视野;塑造理想信念,注入精神营养,强化高风亮节的党性修养;开展主题活动,提升实际体验,涵育积极向上的价值担当。Carrying out the development of college student party members in the new era is an inherent requirement to ensure the successors of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and it is also a necessary obligation to cultivate talents who are capable of carrying out the great task of national rejuvenation.There are some common problems in the development of college student Party members in the new era:fixed ranking standards make it difficult to select development targets with outstanding qualities;rampant utilitarianism affects the cultivation and internalization of the correct motivation to join the Party;insufficient sense of responsibility weakens the positive image of grassroots student organizations.This article attempts to analyze the causes of these problems and propose optimization paths for the development of college student Party members in the new era:highlighting political qualities,improving selection criteria,and comprehensively considering outstanding talents from all parties;expanding theoretical breadth,innovating education and training,and creating a grand vision of serving the overall situation;shaping ideals and beliefs,injecting spiritual nourishment,and strengthening the cultivation of high integrity and Party spirit;carrying out themed activities,enhancing practical experience,and cultivating positive and upward value responsibility.
