摘  要:帕金森病(Parkinson's disease,PD)是全球中老年常见的第二大神经退行性疾病,在发病初期可能仅表现为手部轻微震颤,所以很容易被忽视,但随着疾病的进展,患者的行走、思维、睡眠等都会受到较大影响,最终因无法活动而长期卧床,生活不能自理。因此,对疾病早期准确诊断有助于更好的治疗,延缓疾病进展,改善预后。定量MRI可以无创地提供PD脑组织内的神经元活动及多种代谢物的改变等丰富的信息,并获得异常的潜在生物学特征。本文将对定量MRI技术在PD中的应用进行综述,旨在帮助临床上对PD的早期诊断、病变评估以及治疗和预后。Parkinson's disease(PD) is the second most common neurological illness among middle-aged and elderly persons worldwide.In the early stages of the disease,it may only manifest as a slight tremor in the hands,making it easy to overlook;however,as the disease progresses,the patient's walking,thinking,sleeping,and so on will be affected,and eventually,he or she will be unable to care for himself or herself due to the inability to move around and become bedridden for an extended period of time.As a result,correct disease identification at an early stage can lead to better therapy,reduce disease progression,and improve prognosis.Quantitative MRI approaches can give non-invasive information on neuronal activity and metabolite changes in PD brain tissue,as well as the underlying biological characteristics of the disorders.In this article,we will look at how quantitative MRI techniques can aid with early PD diagnosis,lesion evaluation,treatment,and prognosis in clinical practice.
