摘 要:采用传统固相反应法制备了Ba Hf_(0.02)Ti_(0.98)O_(3)+xmol%CaTiO_(3)(x=0.1、0.2、0.3、0.4、0.5)陶瓷.通过对所制备陶瓷微观结构、表面形貌、铁电、压电和介电性能的测试与分析发现:CaTiO_(3)的掺入可提高Ba Hf_(0.02)Ti_(0.98)O_(3)体密度,当掺入CaTiO_(3)掺杂量x≤0.2时,陶瓷具有较大的体密度,但x>0.2后陶瓷体密度迅速降低,在x=0.2时体密度最大,值为5.32 g/cm^(3),室温均为四方相的铁电体.随着CaTiO_(3)的掺入陶瓷样品平均晶粒尺寸增大,在所研究的陶瓷中x=0.1时平均晶粒尺寸最小,值为2.25μm,压电系数、相对介电常数和介电损耗随Ca Ti O_(3)掺入量的增加而有降低趋势,在x=0.1时具有较大的压电系数和相对介电常数,较小的矫顽电场,其值分别为165 pC/N、1125、5.53 KV/cm,此时居里温度为394 K,居里温度在x>0.3时呈现出上升趋势.The Ba Hf_(0.02)Ti_(0.98)O_(3)+x CaTiO_(3)(x=0.1,0.2,0.3,0.4,0.5) ceramics were synthesized via the traditional solid-state reaction method.Through comprehensive characterization and analysis of the microstructure,surface morphology,ferroelectric,piezoelectric,and dielectric properties of the fabricated ceramics,the following findings were obtained:The addition of CaTiO_(3) can enhance the bulk density of Ba Hf_(0.02)Ti_(0.98)O_(3).Specifically,when the x≤0.2,the ceramics exhibit a relatively high bulk density.However,beyond a x>0.2,the bulk density of the ceramics drops sharply.The maximum bulk density of 5.32 g/cm^(3) is achieved at x=0.2,and all the samples are ferroelectrics with a tetragonal phase at room temperature.With the incorporation of CaTiO_(3),the average grain size of the ceramic samples increases.Among the investigated ceramic specimens,the average grain size is minimized to 2.25μm when x=0.1.The piezoelectric coefficient,dielectric constant,and dielectric loss tend to decrease with the increasing amount of CaTiO_(3) added.When x=0.1,the ceramics possess a relatively large piezoelectric coefficient and dielectric constant,along with a low coercive electric field,with values of 165 pC/N,1 125,and 5.53 kV/cm respectively.At this point,the Curie temperature is 394 K,and the Curie temperature shows an upward tendency when x>0.3.
