生物基磺酸钙水溶肥对玉米萌发及生长性状的影响

摘  要:以彩甜四号玉米为研究对象,开展了萌芽试验和盆栽试验,研究生物基磺酸钙水溶肥对玉米萌发及生长性状的影响.结果表明:生物基磺酸钙水溶肥在稀释300倍时能促进玉米萌发,该条件下玉米的发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数与对照组(无菌水)相比,分别提高24.24%、61.11%和32.34%,其株高和主根长分别提高16.90%和23.38%,幼苗的叶绿素a、叶绿素b、类胡萝卜素、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量分别提高74.21%、53.15%、45.17%、22.70%和70.98%;盆栽试验中的混合施肥(水溶肥∶化肥=1∶1)处理下玉米各项指标表现最佳,出苗率、株高和总根长与对照组(不施肥)相比分别提高16.95%、65.09%和27.16%;叶绿素a、叶绿素b、类胡萝卜素、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量分别提高127.49%、97.30%、146.93%、190.48%和31.51%.在实际生产过程中,选用适当浓度的水溶肥施用,能有效提高玉米萌发的各项指标,同时化肥与水溶肥搭配使用对玉米生长更具优势,能够在实际生产中为玉米提质增产.Germination tests and pot planting experiments were conducted to investigate the effects of bio-based calcium sulfonate water-soluble fertilizer on the germination and growth characteristics of maize,utilizing sweet waxy No.4 maize as the subject of this study.The results indicated that the water-soluble fertilizer calcium bio-based sulfonate promoted maize germination at a 300-fold dilution.Under these conditions,the germination rate,germination potential,and germination index of maize increased by 24.24%,61.11%,and 32.34%,respectively,compared with the control group(sterile water).Additionally,the plant height and main root length increased by 16.90% and 23.38%,respectively.The chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,carotenoid,soluble sugar,and soluble protein contents of the young plants increased by 74.21%,53.15%,45.17%,22.70%,and 70.98%,respectively.In the potting tests,the optimal performance of maize indices was achieved under the treatment of a fertilizer mixture(water-soluble fertilizer:chemical fertilizer = 1:1).Compared to the control group(no fertilizer),the seedling emergence rate,plant height,and total root length increased by 16.95%,65.09%,and 27.16%,respectively.Chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,carotenoid,soluble sugar,and soluble protein contents increased by 127.49%,97.30%,146.93%,190.48%,and 31.51%,respectively.In practical production processes,the application of water-soluble fertilizers at appropriate concentrations can effectively improve corn germination indicators.Furthermore,the combined use of chemical fertilizers and water-soluble fertilizers is advantageous for maize growth,potentially enhancing maize quality and increasing yield in actual production.
