摘 要:动物肠道存在大量的微生物,其数量和种类对肠道健康有着重要的影响.实验旨在探究伊犁马肠道微生物群落结构,采用高通量测序技术,对不同年龄伊犁马新鲜粪便中细菌群落多样性进行分析.结果表明,不同的生长发育阶段会影响伊犁马肠道细菌的定居状态,使细菌群落结构发生变化;功能预测结果表明伊犁马肠道细菌的代谢功能相对丰度最高,并且4~6岁阶段的伊犁马的蛋白质消化代谢和能量需求较高.There are many microorganisms in the intestinal tract of animals,and their number and species have an important impact on intestinal health.The experiment aims to explore the intestinal microbial community structure of Yili horses,using high throughput sequencing technology to analyze the diversity of microorganisms in the fresh feces of Yili horses at different ages.The result indicates that different growth and development stages affected the colonization status of intestinal bacteria and changes in bacterial community structure in Yili horses.The results of function prediction showed that the metabolic function of intestinal bacteria in Yili horses was the highest,and the protein digestive metabolism and energy requirement of Yili horses at the age of 4~6years were higher.
