摘　　要：儿童呼吸生理过程及膈肌运动在呼吸中的作用均与成人不同,尤其以婴儿期差异较大。膈肌功能障碍包括部分膈肌无力及膈肌麻痹,容易在呼吸系统疾病危重时伴发,如肺部严重炎症、神经肌肉疾病或长期进行过机械通气,病情严重程度缺乏客观评价标准。近年,超声检查越来越广泛地应用于临床快速评估膈肌功能,本文总结了其在儿科的临床研究及应用进展。The physiological process of respiratory and the role of diaphragmatic movement in breathing in children are different from those in adults,especially in infancy.Diaphragmatic dysfunction,including partial diaphragmatic weakness and diaphragmatic paralysis,is prone to appear in critical respiratory illness,such as severe lung inflammation,neuromuscular disease,or long-term mechanical ventilation,and the severity of the condition lacks objective criteria.In recent years,ultrasonography has been more and more widely used to assist rapid clinical assessment of diaphragm function.This review summarized the clinical research and application progress of ultrasonography in pediatrics.
