摘 要:近年来儿童急诊患者的数量越来越多,但真正处于紧急情况的患儿只占一小部分。因此,利用儿科分诊系统快速评估患儿病情并确定患儿急救治疗的优先顺序,确保危重患儿得到及时救治和医疗资源的高效利用尤为重要。人工智能作为一项新兴技术,在急诊医疗的集成有助于快速、准确地评估患儿病情。在儿科急诊分诊中,基于机器学习的分诊模型已被证实能够辅助分诊决策、优化资源分配及减轻急诊室拥挤的情况,但仍存在数据量少、模型不完善等问题。本文就人工智能技术在儿童急诊分诊中的应用进展展开综述。The number of children's emergency patients has increased in recent years,yet only a tiny proportion are in a true emergency.As a result,it is very necessary to implement a children's triage system to promptly assess the patient's health and prioritize them for emergency treatment,ensuring that critically ill patients are treated promptly and medical resources are efficiently utilized.As an emerging technology,the integration of artificial intelligence and medicine has been used in emergency care aids in the rapid and accurate assessment of the patient's condition.Machine learning-based triage models for children's emergencies have been shown to aid triage decision-making,optimize resource allocation,and reduce emergency department crowding;however,there are still issues such as a lack of data and imperfect models.In this review,we provided an overview of advancements in using artificial intelligence algorithms in children's emergency triage.
