摘　　要：进入电气智能化时代,探讨溢流染色机(以下简称染机)应该具有的功能。从染机的基本功能切入,剖析染机需要智能传感器采集的必要数据,哪些历史曲线记录能用来提高染色的重现性。In the era of electrical intelligence,the functions that overflow dyeing machines(hereinafter referred to as dyeing machines)should have are explored.Starting from the basic functions of the dyeing machine,the necessary data collected by intelligent sensors is analyzed,and which historical curve records can be used to improve the reproducibility of dyeing.
