摘  要:区域品牌的转型升级是区域经济发展的强大推动力。濮院羊毛衫产业集群凭借其区位优势,历经长期发展,已颇具规模。然而,由于缺乏龙头品牌引领、专业人才不足,以及专业化协作供应链尚未完善等因素,濮院羊毛衫产业区域品牌的转型升级面临重重阻碍。本文通过对濮院羊毛衫市场的深入调研,全面剖析了濮院羊毛衫产业区域品牌的优势、劣势、外部机遇和威胁,并从政府、行业、企业三个层面提出针对性的对策建议。The transformation and upgrading of regional brands is a powerful driving force for regional economic development.The Puyuan Woolen Sweater Industry Cluster,with its geographical advantages and long-term development,has reached a considerable scale.However,due to factors such as the lack of leading brands,insufficient professional talents,and an imperfect specialized collaborative supply chain,the transformation and upgrading of regional brands in the Puyuan woolen sweater industry face numerous obstacles.This article conducts in-depth research on the Puyuan woolen sweater market,comprehensively analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,external opportunities,and threats of regional brands in the Puyuan woolen sweater industry,and proposes targeted countermeasures and suggestions from the government,industry,and enterprise levels.
