摘 要:随着消费者对服装个性化需求的持续增长,传统的设计制造模式面临批量生产固化、定制成本高昂及印染资源浪费等问题。3D打印技术通过数字化建模与分层制造,为服装的形态定制、面料再造及印染创新提供了解决方案。就3D打印技术在个性化服装设计中的应用展开探讨,旨在突破传统制造中设计自由度与生产可行性间的壁垒,为服装产业的数字化升级提供参考。With the continuous growth of consumers’demand for personalized clothing,traditional design and manufacturing models are facing problems such as mass production solidification,high customization costs,and waste of printing and dyeing resources.3D printing technology provides solutions for clothing form customization,fabric reconstruction,and printing and dyeing innovation through digital modeling and layered manufacturing.Based on this,the application of 3D printing technology in personalized clothing design is explored,aiming to break through the barrier between design freedom and production feasibility in traditional manufacturing,and provide reference for the digital upgrading of the clothing industry.
