摘　　要：目的对在线健康搜寻行为量表(Online Health-seeking Behaviour Scale,OHSB)进行汉化,并验证其信效度。方法基于Brislin翻译模型,对在线健康搜寻行为量表进行翻译、回译、文化调适和预调查,形成中文版在线健康搜寻行为量表。采用便利抽样法,于2024年9月对市区居民480人进行问卷调查,检验量表的信效度。结果中文版在线健康搜寻行为量表共37个条目,探索性因子分析提取3个公因子,累计方差贡献率为75.238%。量表总的Cronbach′sα系数为0.981,重测信度为0.874。条目水平的内容效度指数为0.800~1.000,全体一致内容效度指数为0.838,平均内容效度指数为0.968。量表结构模型适配指标的χ^(2)/df=1.584,RMSEA为0.054,TLI为0.935,CFI为0.939。结论中文版在线健康搜寻行为量表具有良好的信效度,可作为评估公众在线健康搜寻行为水平的有效工具。Objective To translate the Online Health-seeking Behaviour Scale(OHSB)into Chinese and validate its reliability and validity.Methods Based on the Brislin translation model,the OHSB was translated,back-translated,culturally adapted,and pre-tested to form the Chinese version of the OHSB scale.A convenience sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey among 480 urban residents in September 2024 to assess the reliability and validity of the scale.Results The Chinese version OHSB scale consisted of 37 items.Exploratory factor analysis extracted three common factors,accounting for a cumulative variance contribution rate of 75.238%.The overall Cronbach′sαcoefficient of the scale was 0.981,and the test-retest reliability was 0.874.The content validity index(CVI)for individual items ranged from 0.800 to 1.000,with a scale-level CVI based on the universal agreement method of 0.838 and scale-level CVI based on the average method of 0.968.The structural model fit indices wereχ^(2)/df=1.584,RMSEA=0.054,TLI=0.935,and CFI=0.939.Conclusion The Chinese version of the OHSB demonstrates good reliability and validity and can be used as an effective tool for assessing the level of online health-seeking behavior among the public.
