摘　　要：中国是阿拉伯国家第一大贸易伙伴国,面对全球经济低迷和能源需求峰值等挑战,双方贸易提质升级亟需新动力。基础设施合作作为高质量共建“一带一路”的重要支柱,为中阿贸易稳步发展提供了有力支撑。近年来,中国积极参与阿拉伯国家基础设施建设,在交通基建、能源基建、数字基建和产业园区建设等领域多管齐下,成功打造“硬通道”“动力源”“信息桥”和“新平台”;通过有效降低贸易成本、提高贸易效率、增加市场规模和促进产业协同,赋能中阿贸易发展从“大数量”向“高质量”转变,为新时代中阿构建“五大合作格局”奠定了坚实基础。展望未来,中阿基础设施建设合作虽面临现实挑战,但随着中阿关系从“黄金二十年”迈向“钻石二十年”,双方以基础设施建设推动贸易提质升级仍有广阔的合作空间,将助力中阿贸易高质量发展。China is the largest trading partner of Arab countries, and amid global economic downturns and the challenges posed by peak energy demand, there is an urgent need for new momentum to upgrade and enhance bilateral trade. Infrastructure cooperation, as a key component of the high-quality co-construction of the “Belt and Road” initiative, provides strong support for the sustainable development of China-Arab trade. In recent years, China has actively participated in infrastructure construction in Arab countries, making significant strides in areas such as transportation infrastructure, energy infrastructure, digital infrastructure, and industrial park development, successfully creating “hard channels”, “power sources”, “information bridges” and “new platforms”. By effectively reducing trade costs, improving trade efficiency, expanding market scale, and promoting industrial synergy, China-Arab cooperation has empowered the transformation of bilateral trade from being “large in quantity” to “high in quality”, laying a solid foundation for establishing the “Five Cooperation Frameworks” between China and Arab countries in the new era. Looking ahead, despite practical challenges, China-Arab infrastructure cooperation holds vast potential for driving trade quality enhancement as the partnership progresses from the “Golden Twenty Years” to the “Diamond Twenty Years”, accelerating high-quality development in China-Arab trade.
