摘 要:数字化转型背景下,培养适应数智社会发展的高素质人才是档案学专业人才培养的核心任务。基于教师、学生、档案工作者三维视角的问卷调查,识别档案学专业本科人才培养在知识、能力、素质方面的需求关键点分别为信息技术与数字档案管理类知识需求,档案信息组织、分析与资源开发能力需求,身心素质提升与人文素养培育需求,基于特征的优秀档案学专业人才“画像”关键词为“创新”与“专业”。调研发现,我国档案学专业本科人才培养在课程体系设置、教学制度方法、创新实践教育方面仍存在一些短板和不足。为此,提出数字化转型期档案学专业本科人才培养质量提升的建议策略:明确培养目标,建设数字化、特色化课程体系;构建多元教学方法体系,引导学生转向深度学习;完善教学制度,发挥学业导师作用;汇聚产教合力,打造数智化实践教学平台。Under the background of digital transformation,the core task of archival science talent training is to cultivate high-quality talents who can adapt to the development of digital intelligence society.Based on a questionnaire survey from the three-dimensional perspective of teachers,students and archivists,the key points for the cultivation of archival science undergraduates in terms of knowledge,ability and quality are identified as information technology and digital archives management knowledge needs,archival information organization,analysis and resource development abilities needs,physical and mental quality improvement and humanistic literacy needs.The "portrait" of outstanding archival science professionals is characterized by "innovation" and "professionalism".It is found that there are still deficiencies and shortcomings in the design of the curriculum system,teaching methods and innovative practical education.According to the problems found in the survey,the paper puts forward some suggestions for improving the quality of archival science undergraduates talent training:make the training objectives clearly,build the digital and characteristic curriculum system;construct a multiple teaching method system to guide students towards deep learning;improve the teaching system,give play to the role of academic mentors;and bring together production and education forces to build a practical teaching platform of digital intelligence.
