摘　　要：中国西南地区医疗资源分布不均,危重症儿童院际转运是儿科急救医疗服务体系建设的重要环节。国家儿童区域医疗中心西南儿科重症联盟和重庆市医师协会儿童重症医师分会制定了《中国西南地区危重症儿童院际转运专家共识》。该共识基于GRADE标准提出16项推荐意见,涵盖了病情评估、转运原则、风险评估、转运方式选择、转运前准备、转运中监护与应急管理、沟通交接及质控体系等关键环节,为西南地区各级医院提供实践指导,旨在规范院际转运流程,保障转运安全。The uneven distribution of medical resources in Southwest China makes inter-hospital transport of critically ill children a critical component of pediatric emergency care systems.The Southwest Pediatric Critical Care Alliance of National Children's Regional Medical Center and the Pediatric Critical Care Physician Branch of Chongqing Physician Association have jointly developed the Expert Consensus on Inter-Hospital Transport of Critically Ill Children in Southwest China.Based on the GRADE criteria,this consensus proposes 16 recommendations covering key aspects such as condition assessment,transport principles,risk evaluation,transport modality selection,pre-transport preparation,in-transport monitoring and emergency management,communication,handover,and quality control systems.It serves as a practical guide for hospitals across the Southwest region to standardize inter-hospital transport procedures and ensure safety.
