铸牢中华民族共同体意识理论渊源与实践路径探析

摘　　要：“铸牢中华民族共同体意识,就是要引导各族人民牢固树立休戚与共、荣辱与共、生死与共、命运与共的共同体理念。”文章以中国话语体系与理论性问题和实践性问题为导向,深刻分析“铸牢中华民族共同体意识”的历时性与共时性,反思了当下研究存在的不足,提出了正确把握共同性和差异性的关系;正确把握中华民族共同体意识和各民族意识的关系;正确把握中华文化和各民族文化的关系;正确把握物质和精神的关系。作为新时代党的民族工作之“纲”,把铸牢中华民族共同体意识贯穿于民族工作各领域、全过程,践行五个实践路径:一是全面推进中华民族共有精神家园建设;二是推动各民族共同走向社会主义现代化;三是促进各民族交往交流交融;四是提升民族事务治理体系和治理能力现代化水平;五是坚决防范民族领域重大风险隐患。把中华民族共同体建设得更加牢不可破,以中国式现代化全面推进中华民族伟大复兴,为人类和平与发展崇高事业作出新的更大贡献。"Forging a strong sense of the Chinese national community means guiding people of all ethnic groups to firmly embrace the shared concept of a community with a shared future,shared glory and disgrace,shared life and death,and shared destiny."This paper,guided by China's discourse system and theoretical-practical considerations,delves into the diachronic and synchronic dimensions of"forging a strong sense of the Chinese national community,"promoting the alignment of theoretical research and practical pathways to"focus on the central tasks and serve the broader situation."The article reflects on current research shortcomings and proposes four correct approaches:balancing commonality and differences;harmonizing the sense of the Chinese national community with individual ethnic consciousness;coordinating Chinese culture with diverse ethnic cultures;and integrating material and spiritual dimensions.As the"guiding principle"of the Party's ethnic work in the new era,forging this sense must permeate all aspects and processes of ethnic work.Five practical pathways are outlined:(1)comprehensively advancing the construction of a shared spiritual homeland for the Chinese nation;(2)enabling all ethnic groups to progress together toward socialist modernization;(3)fostering interaction,exchange,and integration among ethnic groups;(4)modernizing ethnic affairs governance systems and capabilities;and(5)resolutely preventing major risks in ethnic domains.These efforts will make the Chinese national community more unbreakable,advance national rejuvenation through Chinese modernization,and contribute new and greater achievements to humanity's noble cause of peace and development.
