摘　　要：妊娠期发生血小板减少可能危及母体和胎儿生命安全。临床医生必须正确判断妊娠期血小板减少患者出血并发症的发生风险,及时给予适当处理,以保证患者及新生儿安全。目前妊娠合并血小板减少患者的临床管理具有挑战性,并存在许多争议。文章阐述妊娠期血小板减少症的诊断方法,并提出全程综合临床管理的措施与建议。Thrombocytopenia during pregnancy may endanger the safety of both mother and fetus.Clinicians must correctly assess the risk of bleeding complications in patients with thrombocytopenia during pregnancy,and promptly provide proper treatment measures to ensure the safety of patients and newborns.Currently,the clinical management of pregnant women with thrombocytopenia is challenging and controversial.The article elaborates on the diagnostic methods of thrombocytopenia during pregnancy and proposes measures and suggestions for comprehensive clinical management throughout the entire process.
