摘　　要：把马克思主义基本原理同中华优秀传统文化相结合是中国共产党百年文化建设的历史经验,也是习近平文化思想的哲学基础。其中所内涵的“弘扬主旋律,提倡多样化”构成了中国共产党从文化救国、文化立国到文化强国建设的一体多面。从一致性来看,旗帜鲜明地坚持马克思主义在意识形态领域的指导地位,增强文化自信,推动社会主义核心价值观与中华优秀传统文化相融合,谋求广泛“同意”与“意见一致”,谱写马克思主义文化的“主旋律”,是中国共产党推进文化领导权建设、凝聚共同思想基础的核心要义。从多样性来看,在建设社会主义文化强国的目标之下,中国共产党坚持文化“大发展,大繁荣”,对内举精神旗帜、立精神支柱、建精神家园,满足人民的美好生活需要,对外倡导文明交流互鉴、求同存异,构建人类命运共同体理念,推动社会主义文化繁荣兴盛,在一体多元、聚同化异的辩证统一中,擘画了具有中国风格与气派的社会主义文化新道路。Combining the basic principles of Marxism with China's excellent traditional culture is both a historical experience of the Communist Party of China's century-long cultural construction and the philosophical foundation of Xi Jinping Thought on Culture.The concept of“promoting the main theme and advocating diversity”inherent in this combination forms a unified and multifaceted approach to the Party's progression from cultural salvation,cultural nation-building,to the construction of a culturally strong nation.In terms of consistency,the Party firmly upholds Marxism's guiding position in the ideological field,enhances cultural confidence,integrates socialist core values with China's excellent traditional culture,and seeks broad consensus and alignment of views.This forms the“main theme”of Marxist culture and is key to the Party's efforts in advancing cultural leadership and consolidating a shared ideological foundation.In terms of diversity,under the goal of building a socialist cultural strong nation,the Party advocates for a“great development and flourishing”of culture.Domestically,it raises the spiritual banner,establishes spiritual pillars,and builds a spiritual homeland to meet the people's aspirations for a better life.Internationally,it promotes civilizational exchanges,mutual learning,and seeking common ground while respecting differences,while also advancing the concept of a community with a shared future for mankind.Through the dialectical unity of unity and diversity,and the integration of the similar and the different,the Party has outlined a new path for socialist culture with Chinese characteristics,style,and grandeur.
