百令胶囊联合复方异丙托溴铵治疗老年支气管哮喘患者缓解期的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨百令胶囊联合复方异丙托溴铵治疗老年支气管哮喘(BA)患者缓解期的临床效果。方法选取2021年5月至2023年3月在郑州市金水区总医院接受治疗的72例老年BA缓解期患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组(36例)研与究组(36例),给予对照组患者复方异丙托溴铵治疗,给予研究组患者百令胶囊联合复方异丙托溴铵治疗,比较两组临床疗效、中医证候积分、肺功能指标、免疫功能指标及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组治疗有效率(97.22%)高于对照组(77.78%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组中医证候积分均降低,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、用力肺活量(FVC)、FEV_(1)/FVC水平均升高,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组CD4^(+)、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均升高,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率(2.78%)与对照组(8.33%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论百令胶囊联合复方异丙托溴铵应用于老年BA缓解期患者能够提高临床疗效,缓解临床症状,改善肺功能、免疫功能改善,且安全性较为理想。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Bailing Capsules combined with Compound Ipratropium Bromide in elderly patients with bronchial asthma(BA)during the remission phase.Methods A total of 72 elderly patients with BA in remission,treated from May 2021 to March 2023 at Zhengzhou Jinshui District General Hospital,were selected as subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group(36 cases)and a study group(36 cases)using a random number table method.The control group received Compound Ipratropium Bromide treatment,while the study group received Bailing Capsules combined with Compound Ipratropium Bromide.Clinical efficacy,scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes,lung function indicators,immune function indicators,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The effective treatment rate in the study group(97.22%)was higher than that in the control group(77.78%),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,both groups showed a reduction in scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes,with the study group scoring lower than the control group,a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Post-treatment,both groups showed increased forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV_(1)),forced vital capacity(FVC),and FEV_(1)/FVC levels,with the study group exhibiting higher levels than the control group,a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,CD4^(+),CD3^(+),and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)levels increased in both groups,with higher levels observed in the study group compared to the control group,a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group(2.78%)compared to the control group(8.33%)showed no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of Bailing Capsules combined with Compound Ipratropium Bromide in elderly BA patients in remission can enhance clinical efficacy,alleviate clinical symptoms,improve lung function,improve immune function,and has a satis
