森林康养的研究现状与中医观浅析

摘　　要：随着慢性病及亚健康人群增加,森林康养作为一种预防和替代性疗法,受到社会各界的广泛关注。中医作为中华优秀传统文化独有的一部分,对人类的健康保健和疾病防治产生了重要的影响和促进作用。笔者阅读文献发现,中医在理论体系形成过程中就对其内涵有所体现,但尚未明确定义。为探讨中医与森林康养的渊源,笔者通过梳理森林康养的演变历程,从中医的角度去分析森林康养的防治特点,并对中医养生与森林康养如何更好地结合实际应用举例分析,以期充实森林康养的医学理论,为森林康养的研究提供中医理论支持。With the rise in chronic diseases and sub-health populations,forest therapy has gained widespread attention as a preventive and alternative therapy.As an integral part of the excellent traditional culture of China,Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)has played a significant role in health preservation and disease prevention and treatment.Upon reviewing the literature,it was found that TCM has implicitly reflected the concept of forest therapy during its theoretical system formation,though it has yet to be explicitly defined.To explore the origins of TCM and forest therapy,the paper reviews the evolution of forest therapy and analyzes its preventive and therapeutic characteristics from the perspective of TCM.Examples are provided to illustrate how TCM and forest therapy can be more effectively integrated into practical applications,aiming to enrich the medical theory of forest therapy and provide theoretical support from TCM for research in this field.
