摘  要:文中对大型模块制造厂的广播系统进行了分析,结合各个建筑物内的布局情况分析选用了合适的扬声器类型,并根据规范要求进行合理布置。然后,统计了各个建筑物扬声器的数量以及所需的总功率负荷。通过对比星型、环形广播系统架构的优缺点,提出了星型-环形结合的拓扑结构形式的系统架构模型。在负载功率大的单体分别设置广播控制器,各广播控制器之间采用光缆连接成环路,其余单体采用聚类的方法,各自通过广播线缆就近接至其附近的广播控制器。最后,通过计算传输线路衰减复核了该系统线路的可靠性和稳定性。This paper analyzed the broadcasting system of a large module manufacturing plant,selected appropriate speaker types based on the layout of each building,and arranged them reasonably according to regulatory requirements.Then,the number of speakers in each building and the total power load required were counted.A system architecture model combining star ring topology is proposed by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of star and ring broadcasting system architectures.Broadcast controllers are installed separately in units with high load power,and optical cables are used to connect the broadcast controllers in a loop.The remaining units are clustered and connected to nearby broadcast controllers through broadcast cables.Finally,the reliability and stability of the system line were verified by calculating the attenuation of the transmission line.
