摘　　要：文中探讨了数字化技术在市政道路施工管理中的应用,以应对当前施工过程中面临的施工周期长、成本控制难、质量管理复杂及安全隐患等挑战。研究表明,信息化管理平台的构建、智能监测与数据分析的实施以及3D虚拟可视化技术的应用,均提升了施工管理的效率和安全性,优化了资源配置。This paper discusses the application of digital technology in municipal road construction management to cope with the challenges of long construction period,difficult cost control,complex quality management and potential safety hazards in the current construction process.The research shows that the construction of information management platform,the implementation of intelligent monitoring and data analytics,and the application of 3D virtual visualization technology have significantly improved the efficiency and safety of construction management and optimized resource allocation.
