摘 要:传统的粗放型开发方式导致煤炭生产效益低下,极易出现安全事故,严重影响了煤炭工业的可持续发展。人工智能、大数据和云计算等技术的发展和完善,有效地提高了采煤工作面的自动化程度。运用现代科技手段,能对主体设备进行自动作业与控制,科学地制定开采工艺,提高煤炭开采的质量与效益。基于此,文中研究了自动化技术在智能化采煤工作面的具体应用,提出了现存问题和解决对策,以构建安全稳定的工作环境,确保自动化技术的高效与安全应用。In the past,coal mining mainly relied on manual experience,such as operating mechanical equipment and developing coal mining plans.The traditional extensive development method has led to low efficiency in coal production and is prone to safety accidents,seriously affecting the sustainable development of the coal industry.With the development and improvement of technologies such as artificial intelligence,big data,and cloud computing,the automation level of coal mining face can be effectively improved.By utilizing modern technological means,automatic operation and control of the main equipment can be carried out,and mining processes can be scientifically formulated to improve the quality and efficiency of coal mining.Based on this,the paper studies the automation technology and application of intelligent coal mining face,proposes existing problems and solutions,in order to build a safe and stable working environment and ensure the efficient and safe application of intelligent coal mining face automation technology.
