摘 要:文中围绕综合装配式支吊架在地铁机电安装工程的应用展开了研究。阐述了其结构组成、工作原理与产品优势,以上海轨道交通13号线学林路站和张江路站为例,深入剖析了应用方案。研究发现,该支吊架可缩短施工周期、节约成本、提高安装质量与运营稳定性。然而,应用中存在部件适配性欠佳、连接件松动风险及专业协调难题等状况。为此,提出了优化部件设计、强化连接件检查、建立协调机制等策略,研究成果为综合装配式支吊架在地铁建设领域的广泛应用提供了有力参考。This paper focuses on the application of comprehensive prefabricated support and hanger in subway electromechanical installation engineering.This article elaborates on its structural composition,working principle,and product advantages.Taking Xuelin Road Station and Zhangjiang Road Station of Shanghai Metro Line 13 as examples,the application scheme is analyzed in depth.Research has found that this support hanger can shorten the construction period,save costs,improve installation quality and operational stability.However,there are issues in the application such as poor component compatibility,risk of loose connectors,and difficulties in professional coordination.Therefore,strategies such as optimizing component design,strengthening connector inspection,and establishing coordination mechanisms have been proposed.The research results provide strong references for the widespread application of integrated prefabricated support and hanger systems in the field of subway construction.
