西藏高校铸牢中华民族共同体意识教育的路径探析

摘　　要：中华民族共同体意识是实现国家民族团结的基石,对于促进国家民族团结的深入发展具有不可替代的作用。同时,它也是维护西藏地区和谐稳定、保障国家长治久安的必然要求。在学生资助育人教育这一高校教育的重要领域中,我们肩负着资助与育人的双重使命。该领域的管理水平和育人效果,直接关系到西藏各高校的形象与声誉。因此,将西藏高校资助育人工作紧密联系铸牢中华民族共同体意识显得尤为必要。高校教育管理工作中,引导学生立足西藏,树立正确的价值观,增强国家自豪感,为实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦贡献力量。The awareness of the Chinese national community serves as the cornerstone for achieving national unity.It plays an irreplaceable role in advancing the deep development of this unity.Additionally,it is a necessary requirement for maintaining harmony and stability in the Xizang region and ensuring long-term national peace.In the significant area of student funding and education within higher education,we bear a dual mission of providing support and nurturing.The management level and educational effectiveness in this domain directly impact the image and reputation of higher education institutions in Xizang.Therefore,it is particularly crucial to integrate funding and educational efforts in Xizang higher colleges and universities with the strengthening of the awareness of the Chinese national community.During the process of support and education,it is essential to emphasize the cultivation of students’awareness of the national community,guide them to establish correct views on the nation,history,ethnicity,culture,and religion,while enhancing their national pride and cultural confidence,thereby contributing to the realization of the Chinese Dream of national rejuvenation.
