摘　　要：“三江并流”区域是我国面积最大的世界自然遗产。为了提升“三江并流”区域生态保护行政执法的效率、降低行政执法成本,促进“三江并流”区域生态环境的可持续发展,文章运用文献研究、理论分析、案例分析等研究方法,运用整体性治理理论、共生理论、协同理论分析了“三江并流”区域生态保护协同执法机制构建的理论依据,通过对国内外生态保护协同执法机制的典型案例分析,为“三江并流”区域生态保护协同执法机制的构建提供经验借鉴,最后提出“三江并流”区域生态保护协同执法机制构建的建议。The“Three Parallel Rivers”of Yunnan Protected Areas is the largest world natural heritage in China.In order to improve the efficiency of administrative law enforcement of ecological protection in the“Three Parallel Rivers”of Yunnan Protected Areas,reduce the cost of administrative law enforcement,and promote the sustainable development of the ecological environment in the“Three Parallel Rivers”of Yunnan Protected Areas,this paper adopts research methods such as literature research,theoretical analysis and case analysis.This paper analyzes the theoretical basis for the construction of ecological protection collaborative law enforcement mechanism in the“Three Parallel Rivers”of Yunnan Protected Areas by applying the holistic governance theory,symbiosis theory and synergy theory,and provides experience for the construction of ecological protection collaborative law enforcement mechanism in the“Three Parallel Rivers”of Yunnan Protected Areas through the analysis of typical cases of ecological protection collaborative law enforcement mechanism at home and abroad.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions on the construction of ecological protection cooperative law enforcement mechanism in the“Three Parallel Rivers”of Yunnan Protected Areas.
