摘　　要：朱熹是南宋理学家、思想家和教育家,是继孔孟以来儒学之大成者。朱熹民本思想是中国古代哲学的重要组成部分,是在继承和发展中国古代民本思想的基础上,形成的独具特色的民本思想体系,包括主张“以民为本”的政治理念、提倡“天人合一”的宇宙观、倡导“修身、齐家、治国、平天下”的人生观等,这为新时代统战工作提供了丰厚的思想资源。本文通过分析朱熹民本思想的内涵,阐述如何汲取朱熹民本思想精华,传承朱熹民本思想,做好新时代的统战工作。Zhu Xi was a Neo-Confucian scholar,thinker,and educator of the Southern Song Dynasty,who was the culmination of Confucianism since Confucius and Mencius.Zhu Xi's people-oriented ideology is an important component of ancient Chinese philosophy.It is based on the inheritance and development of ancient Chinese people-oriented ideology,and has formed a unique people-oriented ideological system,including the political concept of“people-oriented”,the cosmology of“harmony between man and nature”,and the life philosophy of“self-cultivation,family harmony,governance,and peace of the world”.This provides abundant ideological resources for united front work in the new era.By analyzing the connotation of Zhu Xi's people-oriented thought,this paper expounds how to absorb the essence of Zhu Xi's people-oriented thought,inherit Zhu Xi's people-oriented thought,and do a good job in the united front work in the new era.
